About the role:
The role will involve working as part of the development team building web and mobile applications utilising a number of technologies. Working in a fast-paced agile environment and contributing to the full lifecycle of development; designing, developing, testing and deploying new products and enhancing features. An interest in the latest AI tools to help boost efficiency and productivity is desired. This is a role where a person can really make their mark and use their vision and creativity using the latest technologies to invigorate and expand our software.
Requirements:
- 3+ years front end & mobile app development.
- Experience using the latest versions of Angular
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development – JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Ionic / Capacitor
- Design and development of a new User Interface using Angular.
- Design and development of a suite of hybrid mobile apps built on the Ionic framework.
- Launching apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Solid understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability.
- Providing realistic estimates of development effort to assist in team planning.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop testing protocols to identify and correct defects.
- Actively participate in team-related discussions and decisions
- Participate in software code reviews and process improvements to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to support defect resolution, production migration, and post - production support.
- Knowledge of GIT and Atlassian products.
- Exposure to Oracle is a plus.
