Volton Hellenic Energy SA is on the lookout for a dynamic Legal Corporate Affairs Associate to join our Legal Team. We are a rapidly growing Greek company that prides itself on delivering reliable energy solutions while expanding into new markets such as Telecommunications. As a Legal Corporate Affairs Associate, you will play a crucial role in navigating the intricacies of corporate governance and legal compliance within our organization. You will handle various corporate affairs tasks, including preparing Board of Directors minutes, managing corporate restructurings, and providing essential legal consultations across different company functions. Your expertise will also be crucial in drafting and interpreting important legal documents, managing litigation claims, and negotiating settlements with external law firms. To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in corporate, banking, or commercial law, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. If you have an LL.M. Degree or experience in the energy sector, that’s an added bonus! We value analytical thinking and excellent communication skills in our team members.
