Sr. HR Business Partner

Senior HR Business Partner role focused on driving engagement, culture transformation, and retention for the Field workforce. Seeking a strategic, data-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute programs to drive engagement, culture transformation, retention, diversity, and inclusion for the Field workforce.
Contribute to business strategy by building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes for the Field workforce.
Promote and oversee key processes in performance management, talent learning and development, total rewards, and talent acquisition.
Provide consultation, guidance, metrics, and support to increase organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with People Leadership Team and SME teams to deploy solutions directly to the Field workforce.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
