The Vice President of Finance will be a key partner to the CFO and Exec team who will drive our business model and oversee growth and efficiency initiatives. Partnering with the CFO, this person will provide meaningful insights into the business and advise the Exec team on best practices around driving efficiency throughout the organization. This individual will have deep knowledge and appreciation for using and driving BI tools to accomplish the company's goals by using data to drive key decisions. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

What you'll do:

• Provide financial leadership and counsel to the entire organization.
• Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide the leadership team with meaningful business insights.
• Drive key growth and efficiency objectives; work closely with the leadership team.
• Aligning the BI team to support the Company's financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts that support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and insights to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that help the company measure and track progress toward its goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that the company is compliant with all financial regulations and requirements.

What will you need to have?

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cool, calm, and collected in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into insights that inform decision-making.
• 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience in growing startup environments.
• Experience with Tableau, Adaptive insights, Salesforce, and other financial tools
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Extra great if you have:

• Experienced finance expertise in a global publicly-traded software company.
• MBA or master's degree in a related field

This is a hybrid opportunity. The incumbent should be able to frequent our CA office regularly. No relocation assistance is available at this time.
