VP of Sales (Fully Remote)

SignalWire is searching for a Vice President of Sales with experience in a product-led SaaS environment. A successful candidate will have extensive experience driving growth from the early stages of product development through a successful launch. Our next VP of Sales needs to be flexible, hungry, and willing to both lead a team and manage their own strategic accounts. You must have a track record of building a successful go-to-market strategy and managing and scaling inbound and outbound sales promotions. A strong sense of ownership, drive, and genuine enthusiasm for creating a scalable sales program is a must. We need a builder, someone who can come in and hit the ground running in order to take our company to the next level. You must also have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.


Responsibilities

  • Own the entire SignalWire sales function and keep it aligned with company direction
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced salespeople while also handling your own named accounts
  • Co-create and drive the sales strategy by implementing go-to-market strategies for SignalWire's current and future products
  • Deliver revenue from current and new business through development of a disciplined sales process
  • Develop compensation plans that drive SignalWire's revenue goals
  • Attend events, client meetings, and other high-value opportunities to expand and drive new and existing relationships

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience managing a product-led B2B SaaS sales function
  • Extensive experience with seeing a product through the early growth stages to a successful launch
  • A strong background in developing a go-to-market strategy that meets and exceeds SignalWire's revenue goals
  • Direct management experience as a senior sales leader overseeing a team of sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a successful sales function by creating and leveraging compensation and incentive programs that drive company KPIs
  • Experience in developing, launching, and evaluating inbound and outbound sales promotions
  • Comfortability and willingness to operate in fluid and challenging situations t
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on company and customer needs

We carry Delta Dental and offer two plans (the buy up plan even includes adult orthodontia!) for dental coverage. For Vision, our carrier is VSP and it is extremely affordable.

Life Insurance, Short Term, and Long Term Disability

SignalWire pays for every employee to have $50,000 of life insurance coverage. If you want even more coverage, that is optional and paid by the employee. We also pay for Short Term Disability insurance for every employee which covers 60% of your weekly income (up to $2500/week after 14 days) and Long Term Disability which covers 50% of your income (up to $1000 after 180 waiting period). Additional Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage can be added at the employee's expense.
