Position Summary...What you'll do...The Manager, Security role located in Bentonville, Arkansas, is needed in support of the increase in technology rollouts. They will serve a vital role in the planning, design, engineering, and tracking of all life safety and security projects, working closely with the program managers and other project stakeholders to ensure that technology rollouts are completed on time, within budget and meet the desired outcome. This role will serve as a primary technical expert for the project and possess a high level of knowledge and expertise in fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV and access control technologies related to the project. They are responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the project team and ensuring that the project meets all technical requirements and standards.Critical duties include:• Identifying and addressing any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project.• Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, including architects, engineers, and other technical staff.• Ensuring that the project meets all technical requirements and standards, such as building and fire codes, and industry standards.• Reviewing and approving technical documents, including design drawings, plans, and specifications.• Keeping abreast of new technologies and industry developments to recommend and implement appropriate solutions for the project.• Providing advanced technical support for technicians and Security Managers.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
