Position Summary...What you'll do...We are looking for a Senior Manager, Walmart Creator, Marketplace focused on driving traffic to our digital & physical assortment through impactful creator marketing.What you'll do:Be part of a diverse, collaborative, and innovative team. Shape the trajectory of the Walmart Creator program and platform offerings at scale. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the art of what's possible in the evolving creator and social commerce landscape.You'll work closely with our Social Commerce Business, Product, Engineering, Design, Marketplace, Marketing and Media teams to develop and manage some of our most critical strategic partnerships, spearheading cross-functional creator and seller activations to support our overall marketing initiatives.This role sits in Walmart Creator Business team and is focused on creator and seller relationships and reports to the Director of Digital Media.You will make an impact by:• Championing the Walmart Creator community and identifying new ways to drive value.• Inspiring creator product discovery and building tools to help them generate monetized content at scale.• Integrating creator content into various marketing activities.• Acting as an advocate across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.• Offering strategic insights based on data analytics and presenting recommendations with confidence and gravitas.You'll sweep us off our feet if:• You have a deep knowledge and expertise in the creator space, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, platform capabilities, measurement, with a pulse on emerging ecommerce trends• You're naturally in-the-know on up-and-coming creator personalities, communities, and cultural moments• You love building from the ground up and creating net-new, innovative programs, strategies, and content-rich storytelling moments• You're a collaborator at heart, and enjoy working with other talented team members and external partnersMinimum qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing or related field• 6-8+ years of experience in related areas such as marketing, business development, or digital media.• Performance-driven mindset with data optimization experience.• Strong industry relationships and effective communication skills.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.Preferred Qualifications:• 6+ years of experience in related areas such as marketing, business development, or digital media.About Walmart MarketingNamed Ad Age's Marketer of the Year in 2022, you'll join an internationally recognized team of thinkers, creators, and problem solvers passionate about helping people save money and live better.Walmart Marketing is a dynamic, multidimensional organization dedicated to redefining how the world shops through impactful creative and fast-paced innovation - all grounded in customer insights and brand strategy.
