Compensation Range $72,000 - $115,000 Per Year
How does our Sales Manager Drive Impact?
Our Sales Manager will be someone who wants to manage the everyday operations of the store, along with developing their staff with continuous mentorship, training and development. Some of the responsibilities would include:
- Manage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance the customer satisfaction rating of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for the Customer Satisfaction Index
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
