Summary
WaterEquity is seeking an Associate to support the team focused on growth equity and infrastructure projects. WaterEquity recently launched a new investment strategy focused on equity investments in climate resilient water and sanitation projects and companies, and the Associate will play a key role on the team to source, diligence, and monitor investments. The ideal candidate will bring 3-6 years of strong experience in investment management and be eager for opportunities to learn and grow with a growing organization. The candidate should be someone with strong analytical skills who thrives in a dynamic start-up culture, excels at independent work and proactive communication, and is able to manage diverse projects simultaneously. The candidate should be comfortable working remotely and with team members in diverse geographic locations. WaterEquity is a fully remote company, and candidates based in any country will be eligible for consideration. Priority locations include India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

Assist in the development of tools and methodologies to improve due diligence, impact tracking, and financial analysis processes.
