Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and leadership in the application of the Agency Planning Process and tools.​
  • A passion for developing and executing amazing strategic work, that delivers business results for your client and those of your direct reports. ​
  • Full understanding and comprehension of the client brief and ability to discuss it internally with the teams and with senior leadership. ​
  • Support the team using the suite of tools to aid planning. ​
  • Lead the use of agency & industry tools/resources to develop target audience, brand, competitive, opportunities.​
  • Provide direction and advanced knowledge sharing of media planning principles (e.g. scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach theories, seasonality, market prioritisation, roles of all communication channels) across multiple clients. ​
  • Identify and sell through incremental opportunities that drive both the Agency and Clients business.​
  • Create and lead end to end presentations with peers and clients.​
  • Lead strategic thinking in new business opportunity development
Skills & Experience
  • Advanced knowledge and skills within Strategy Consulting with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.​
  • Ideally requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.​
  • Relevant qualification in Media or Strategy​
  • Experience leading Media Projects
