CDI - Consultant.e Influence

We Are Social, agence créative née de l’ère du web social, recrute, un(e) Consultant(e) Influence, dont le rôle sera d’accompagner les clients de l’agence dans la gestion de leurs stratégies d’influence en collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes de l’agence mais aussi en lien direct avec les influenceurs et les Consultants Influence Juniors.

Vos missions :

– Going :

  • Connaissance et analyse de la stratégie marketing de la marque et de l’industrie
  • Réflexion et accompagnement dans la mise en oeuvre de campagne(s) d’influence (identification, outreach, négociation, création de contenus, bilan)
  • Reporting et alerte auprès du N+1 régulier
  • Day-to-day avec les créateurs mais aussi avec les équipes internes

– Veille marché, Recommandation, Reporting :

  • Rédaction de présentations pour vos clients
  • Analyse et préparation de reportings
  • Participation sur les appels d’offre entrants (intégration de l’influence dans les idées créatives, déploiement de programmes influence,…)
  • Veille concurrentielle

– Relation client :

  • Présence aux réunions clés à dominance influence
  • Relation au day-to-day avec les clients

– Expertise :

  • Relations avec les influenceurs
  • Connaissance des acteurs principaux du marché et de leur travail
  • Capacité d’estimation des coûts d’influenceurs
  • Passionné(e) par les réseaux sociaux et plus particulièrement par le monde de l'influence et des créateurs de contenus
  • Issu(e) d’une formation Bac +3/5 (Formation universitaire ou en école de commerce spécialisation e-Business/e-Commerce/e-Marketing, Celsa ou école de communication) avec au moins 2-3 ans d'expérience confirmée dans le milieu de l'influence et/ou des agences.
  • Vous êtes enthousiaste, rigoureux(se), curieux(se), dynamique et vous aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais afin d'être autonome et la suite Google n'a plus de secret pour vous
