About the Role

The role is fast-paced and highly collaborative - attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously is a must. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JS is necessary. 

Day-to-Day

• Build marketing pages using drag-and-drop landing page creation tools like Instapage from a Figma design, incorporating JS code snippets where required

• Develop code to enhance landing page functionality – building features such as countdown timers, image carousels, or other interactive elements

• Manage special projects to enhance UX through coding; enhancing existing tools to deliver unique experiences that delight customers on mobile and desktop 

• Confidently communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across the business to ensure functional requirements and deadlines are met

• Manage quality assurance testing on desktop and mobile to deliver pages that are functional and error-free

• Working with the creative team, ensure all site content and design elements are to specification,aligned with brand standards, and adhere to best practices

• Be an advocate for the customer and make proactive recommendations on improving the user experience of our landing pages

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation on landing page creation across the team

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in web / UX development 

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and vanilla JS

• Comfort working within drag-and-drop web-builder tools and modifying elements using CSS and JS

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and requests simultaneously

• You’re a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to QA your own work and the work of others for accuracy – both visually and in terms of page functionality

• Proficiency in UX and design best practices

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in fluid situations

It Would Be Great if You Also Had

• Experience with Instapage, Wisepops, and/or Webflow

• Demonstrated customer-first mindset

• Experience working within a hyper-growth brand

• Experience working closely with product and creative teams, conversion rate optimization teams
