Total Rewards Analyst
Webflow is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst focused on Compensation. You will support compensation programs and benefits administration while working in a global, remote environment.
Skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Understanding of benefits programs
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in design and administration of compensation programs
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies
- Guide compensation practices and salary adjustments
- Support annual compensation review process
- Administer benefits programs and leave programs
- Maintain and update HR compensation and benefits data
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
