iOS SDK Developer (with React Native Experience)

We’re looking for an experienced iOS SDK Developer with a strong background in React Native to help build performant, cross-platform SDKs—not just mobile apps. This role is ideal for engineers who love working at the intersection of native and hybrid mobile technologies and enjoy solving deep technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance SDKs for iOS and cross-platform environments like React Native.
• Drive architecture discussions and contribute to a broader SDK strategy across platforms (React Native, Flutter, Cordova, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and optimized code.
• Ensure SDKs are well-documented, easy to integrate, and developer-friendly.
• Focus on optimizing memory usage, battery performance, and overall app efficiency.
• Support enterprise partners with SDK integration and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest in mobile and hybrid development trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of iOS development experience with a strong grasp of system APIs and mobile architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile SDKs or libraries.
• Proficient in Swift (experience with Objective-C is a plus).
• Strong React Native knowledge, especially around native module bridging.
• Solid understanding of multithreading, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with development tools like Instruments, Charles Proxy, and crash analytics solutions.
• Strong grasp of networking and working with RESTful APIs in mobile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dependency managers like CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, and NPM.
• Exposure to other cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, Cordova, or Capacitor.
• Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, especially for mobile interfaces or developer tooling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile, SDK versioning, and release automation.
• Experience integrating crash reporting, analytics, or instrumentation SDKs.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
