Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, presenting our services and gauging their interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop personalized approaches for engaging potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status within the CRM system.
- Track and report performance metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
