Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and define project scope.
• Design scalable, efficient Salesforce architectures in line with industry best practices.
• Create clear technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs to simplify complex concepts.
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party applications, AI tools, and Data Cloud.
• Implement automation strategies to drive efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering recommendations on Salesforce architecture and configurations.
• Mentor developers and consultants to ensure high-quality, scalable solution delivery.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations, Data Cloud, and AI technologies to improve solution capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and data privacy standards in all implementations.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Translate technical designs into clear business outcomes for various stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposal presentations that articulate the value of proposed solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.

Organizational Contribution

• Share knowledge through internal documentation, best practices, and playbooks.
• Support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs and scoping solutions.
• Actively participate in mentorship and diversity initiatives, including programs supporting women in tech.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in designing scalable, integrated, and automated Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US and UK markets.
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions.
