Pack & Product Change Manager

As a Pack & Product Change Manager at Weetabix, you'll be leading all initiatives related to product and pack changes, managing the entire lifecycle from product trials to discontinuation. You will also oversee the governance of processes, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and drive process improvements to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

Candidates should have strong project or programme management skills and experience in driving change within cross-functional teams. While a background in FMCG and supply chain is advantageous, a demonstrated ability to manage change effectively is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
