Interview process: 2 Stage Interview Process

Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.

The recipe!

This role is designed for someone who is ready to take charge of all pack and product change initiatives. You'll be responsible for ensuring that these changes are delivered efficiently and on time throughout the entire product lifecycle - covering everything from trials and introductions to execution and discontinuation for Domestic Branded, International, and Private Label products.

  • Manage Product Change workstream aligned with Process Improvement and IBP processes, ensuring governance of hurdle rates
  • Oversee the code setup during project approval to Product Stage-gate Review
  • Implement process improvements to reduce write-offs from product changes and discontinuations by tracking materials
  • Optimise KPI reporting to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement areas
  • Manage the Pack and Product Change Programme, focusing on capacity, resources, costs, and bottlenecks
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and tracking tools to ensure timely delivery of pack and product changes across teams
  • Contribute as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and fulfil associated responsibilities
