As an Partnership Marketing Specialist you will play a critical role in scaling Welcome Pickups’ B2B growth through partner-driven marketing. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners—companies that serve the same audiences as Welcome Pickups—and for owning our Ambassador Program, which incentivizes industry professionals to refer new partners.
You’ll work across departments to deliver compelling partner activations, from co-branded content to global in-person events, always with the goal of driving brand visibility, lead generation, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-focused marketer who brings experience in B2B campaigns, partnership marketing, and ideally, hospitality or travel tech.
