As an Partnership Marketing Specialist you will play a critical role in scaling Welcome Pickups’ B2B growth through partner-driven marketing. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners—companies that serve the same audiences as Welcome Pickups—and for owning our Ambassador Program, which incentivizes industry professionals to refer new partners.

You’ll work across departments to deliver compelling partner activations, from co-branded content to global in-person events, always with the goal of driving brand visibility, lead generation, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-focused marketer who brings experience in B2B campaigns, partnership marketing, and ideally, hospitality or travel tech.

Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem Marketing & Partner Activation
      • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic ecosystem partners across channels such as email, social, content, and events.
      • Manage Welcome Pickups’ visibility across partner platforms, communications, and collaborative initiatives.
      • Coordinate and support global partner activations, including physical events, webinars, content collaborations, and other awareness-building initiatives.
      • Work closely with partner and internal stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, messaging, and deliverables.Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Campaign Execution & Enablement
      • Create and deploy partner-facing marketing materials such as landing pages, email sequences, one-pagers, and promotional toolkits.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all campaign elements are on-brand, relevant, and conversion-oriented.
      • Support pre- and post-campaign reporting to measure success and inform improvements.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
      • Monitor ecosystem and ambassador-driven KPIs including lead generation, partner engagement, and influenced bookings.
      • Use CRM and reporting tools to share insights, identify areas of opportunity, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
      • Maintain accurate campaign data and partner tracking in HubSpot and related tools.
  • Referral Program Management
      • Own the development and growth of a newly-introduced referral program for partners, amplifying lead generation coming from industry professionals and partner networks.
      • Design engagement strategies, communications, and incentive structures to keep referrals active and high-performing.
      • Track referral performance and optimize program mechanics based on data and feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work closely with various internal teams and external consultants to align efforts and maximize ecosystem impact.
      • Ensure partner marketing efforts support broader business objectives and contribute to pipeline growth.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
      • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or referral program management.
      • Experience in the hospitality or travel tech industry is highly appreciated.
      • Strong understanding of co-marketing and ecosystem-led growth strategies.
      • Experience coordinating both digital and physical marketing activations, including events and campaigns.
      • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
      • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and HubSpot CRM.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize based on data.
      • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • A team player who is proactive, creative, organized, and driven by results.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership
