CX WFM Planning Specialist
Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform that connects employees to fitness and wellness services. We are looking for a CX WFM Planning Specialist to enhance our customer experience operations.
Skills
- Experience with contact center metrics

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Zendesk and WFM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present weekly performance meetings to executives
- Monitor overall performance of customer experience operations
- Set action plans to resolve issues
- Control expenses and ensure timely vendor payments
- Conduct studies to support executive decision making
