HRIS Workday Analyst

Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform that provides a comprehensive employee wellbeing solution. They are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize and support Workday's HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time Tracking modules.

  • Troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Support configurations for Workday modules: HCM, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time Tracking
  • Provide support to business partners and stakeholders regarding Workday requests
  • Assess and recommend efficiencies and automation in business processes
  • Monitor HRIS Support Desk for timely issue resolution
  • Develop user procedures and train users on new processes

Education

  • Relevant degree in HR or related field
