Risk Management and Reporting Internship (Part-time Student)

What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of projects you will be contributing to include: 

• Create work forms by writing scripts in Power Automate to generate forms into PowerBI   
• Support the creation and document flow for technology risk tolerance  
• Learn to support and follow Technology software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Review processes to create efficiency in the workflow

This position will start as a part-time position in the spring of 2025. You would then have the opportunity to transition into our 2025 Summer Internship Program in May working a hybrid schedule from our corporate office in Des Moines, Iowa.   

• Current student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field 
• General understanding of the domains of programming/scripting, computer science, and management information systems 
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Accuracy and high attention to detail and self-starter 
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new systems quickly  
• Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel  
• Excellent writing and communication skills 
• Available to work a hybrid schedule 15-20 hours/week during the spring semester; in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred  
• Available to work 40 hours/week during the summer  

Preferred: 

• Prior work experience in an office environment or internship 
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate or MS Forms
