About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Banking Program Analyst to join the Banks division, which is one of the industry coverage verticals within Corporate and Investment Banking (“CIB”). This role sits within the Relationship Management (“RM”) unit of the Banks division covering Latin America and the Caribbean. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:• Support RMs with day-to-day client management activities including, but not limited to, quoting transaction pricing, following up on outstanding items, support with reviews for credit and compliance.• Function as part of a team focused on helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals through the delivery of a broad set of products and services• Prepare discussion materials for internal and external presentations• Support the management of existing client relationships through the ongoing monitoring of industry trends, market activity, company news, financial statements, and performance• Collaborate and consult with managers, peers and stakeholders, including clients• Need to travel to visit with clients• Work with product partners across the organization to organize a coordinated calling effort among many different areas of Wells Fargo• Work to understand and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulation in conjunction with financial crimes and as it pertains to bank clients.• Complete periodic professional development training as scheduledRequired Qualifications:• 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English• Undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment• 6+ months of financial services industry experience (prior focus on banks is a plus)• Prior investment banking or capital markets experience is a plus• Strong analytical and quantitative skills• Strong financial modeling skills• Understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles and concepts• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Familiarity with one or more of S&P Global Market Intelligence, Bloomberg, Capital IQ or other data service providers, including Excel plug-ins• Ability to work independently but in a team environmentJob Expectations:• Registration FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.• Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.• Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.• Ability to work additional hours as needed• Visa Sponsorship not available for this positionPosting Location:• 333 SE 2nd Ave - MIAMI, FLCorporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services.
