About This RoleWells Fargo is looking for a Head of Branch Marketing & Experience to join Consumer, Small Business Bank Brand & Advertising team as part of Consumer and Small Business Bank (CSBB). In Brand and Advertising, we manage three key areas of focus for the CSBB- Brand strategy and experience, National Paid Advertising, and Branch Marketing & Experience.Branch banking is a critical channel for Wells Fargo. It is the only channel where our branding, marketing, bankers, and specialists all come together with our customers - and the quality and quantity of the branches is a key driver of our success in any given market. Wells Fargo is investing significant resources into the future of our branch network, and we are looking for a Head of Branch Marketing & Experience to help our network of 4000+ branches reach their full potential.The role will be strategic and executional, and the goal is the lead the transformation of the branch branding and marketing experience to build brand, drive sales, drive conversations between bankers and customers, and promote awareness and understanding of the full range of Consumer and Small Business products and services.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In This Role, You Will• Transform In-branch advertising to drive brand and sales growth.• Manage the selection, presentation and promotion of products in retail stores to optimize sales and profitability.• Partner with the Branch Banking and Brand teams to authentically create a branded branch experience for customers and branch employees.• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing across the enterprise, sales, operations, and product development to align marketing and merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.• Support new branch openings with integrated marketing plans to drive sales and build brand experience.• Analyze market research, analyzing consumer behavior, branch/sales data, and monitoring competitor activities to identify trends, shopping habits and opportunities.• Leverage data and insights to improve the effectiveness of creative assets throughout the branch and optimize marketing and merchandising strategies.Required Qualifications:• 8+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, or Social Media experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.• 4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:• Strong understanding of retail customer experience, retail branding and marketing strategies, and visual merchandising• Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.• Experience in executing branding and marketing programs across large, geographically distributed retail networks.• Skill in maintaining the brand consistency across marketing and merchandising activities, ensuring brand messaging and visuals resonate with target audiences.• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and merchandising strategies.• Commitment to understanding customer needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors to tailor marketing and merchandising strategies that resonate with target audiences.• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising, to drive online and offline sales.• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate marketing plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and agencies.• Strong Executive Presence and ability to present and influence Senior C-suite leaders.Job Expectations:• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.• This position offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Posting Location(s):• 150 E 42nd St. - New York, New York 10017• 401 S Tryon St. - Charlotte, North Carolina 28282• 333 Market St. - San Francisco, California 94105Required locations listed.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
