Job Summary of Senior Client Relationship Manager:Wells Fargo is currently in search of a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its Consumer and Small Business Banking division within their Branch Banking sector. The position requires the selected candidate to develop and cultivate lasting relationships with high net-worth clients by offering expert financial advice while upholding regulatory compliance and licensing standards. The role also involves overseeing risk management measures.Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Client Relationship Manager:• Take a proactive approach in expanding your customer base by acquiring new affluent consumers and small business owners. This can be achieved by reaching out to them and setting up pre-planned appointments.• Analyze and address customer complaints using appropriate resolution methods to arrive at a satisfactory outcome.• Bring to the forefront banking concerns or enterprise hazards that demand thorough scrutiny.• Offer guidance to clients on the range of financial choices and services currently accessible to them.• Keep a comprehensive understanding of the various banking, credit, and investment products and services offered by Wells Fargo.• Collaborate with Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage, and Wealth and Investment Management to address the diverse needs of clients requiring business, mortgage, retirement, and investment services.• By adhering to policies, procedures and controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, businesses can effectively understand and manage any potential risks.• Use customer data to create personalized financial strategies.• Forge stronger connections with colleagues in branches, high net-worth customers, and business collaborators to bolster customer satisfaction and longevity.• Utilize your own discretion when dealing with clients, overseeing their needs and requests, and revising recommendations as required.• Play an active role in the branch team by offering guidance to fellow employees on developing relationships and addressing the needs of complex clients.• Consider pursuing further licenses (Series 7 and Series 66) if relevant to your career goals.Qualifications and Experience of Senior Client Relationship Manager:• A minimum of four years working with customers or an equivalent amount of time gained through job-related experiences, education, military service or training.• With over three years of expertise, I am adept at creating and sustaining strong bonds with clients and associates.• An individual with more than three years of exposure in providing suggestions for products and services.• The financial services sector offers vast opportunities for individuals to specialize in different areas such as mortgages, corporate, consumer, investments, brokerage, or private banking.• Possessing a background in the financial services industry and providing strategic recommendations for clients on suitable financial products and services.• Having completed the FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or equivalent) would be advantageous.• A valid State Insurance license is imperative for this role.• Possession of a registered financial services job background is advantageous.• Outstanding abilities to communicate verbally, in writing, and connect with people.• Familiarity with regulatory practices in branch banking, including compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention, is essential for effective operations.• The competence to educate customers on diverse technological advancements and different online banking alternatives.• Applying astute business sense to furnish financial advisory services to small-scale entrepreneurs.Benefits of Senior Client Relationship Manager:• An attractive salary package combined with lucrative incentives.• 401(k) Plan• Paid Time Off• Parental Leave• Critical Caregiving Leave• Health Benefits• Commuter Benefits• Tuition Reimbursement• Adoption Reimbursement• Discounts and Savings• Scholarships Available to Support Children of Dependent College StudentsAbout Company:Wells Fargo shows its commitment to employees by offering ample opportunities for career advancement and personal fulfillment.
