About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support the Content Enablement Tools product team.This position will serve as a product owner across our communications enablement tools and deliver a world-class technology experience by leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing and refining product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery in alignment with Wells Fargo Agile principles by fostering a dynamic and iterative development environment. Responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring the delivery of digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the product roadmap to drive execution of organizational objectives.In This Role, You Will• Maximize the SCRUM team capacity to deliver a world-class portal experience.• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver digital transformation solutions.• Define scope for LOB User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Validation (PPV).• Translate product roadmap, define stories, prioritize story backlog and establish sprint goals.• Collaborate with technology to work through a universal backlog of application enhancements.• Accountable for the socialization of backlog and associated priorities.• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure alignment to strategic goals.• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and refine user stories.• Make real-time decisions during development sprints, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting user stories based on the evolving needs of the product.• Gather feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog and development plans.Required Qualifications:• 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.• Experience executing digital transformation initiatives and concurrent work streams.• Experience managing product delivery initiatives in an Agile environment.• Experience working with Agile project management tools.• Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk.• Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations.• Experience conveying product priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Posting End Date:11 Sep 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
