Come join our growing team as a Product Designer creating learning solutions! The Product Designer creates digital assets, assessments, and course content for product prototypes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong technical and communication skills to ensure new products and platform features meet the users' needs and internal stakeholders' requirements.
What you’ll do:
• Develop digital product prototypes for internal demos and walkthroughs and then refine prototypes based on input from customers and stakeholders.• Meet with product teams to understand the pedagogical goals of instructional materials and translate prototype content into the appropriately interactive curriculum.• Use authoring applications, CMSs, and LMSs to create and edit course components to develop a minimum viable proof of concept.• Support the research, development, and vetting of new features and platforms.• Collaborate with internal and external partners to break down ideas and define scope for projects.• Track, update, and report status via Kanban/Scrum Boards.• Support user testing and quality assurance of platforms and products.• Document and review user guides for different stakeholders tailored to distinct user needs.What you’ll bring:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
