Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer service experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Knowledge of property management software

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents
Conduct property tours and sign leases
Maintain accurate leasing data
Assist in resident retention programs
Handle resident complaints and concerns

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
