Lead total rewards, HR systems, analytics, and operations team
Develop total rewards strategy for employee engagement and retention
Oversee design and implementation of employee benefits programs
Conduct market analysis for competitive compensation and benefits
Collaborate on executive compensation programs and performance management
Develop and implement people technology strategy
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Manage vendor relationships and control costs
Provide leadership and mentorship to the team
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
