Whatnot is seeking an experienced and creative leader as the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations, responsible for shaping and scaling total rewards and people operations to support a high-performing culture.

Skills

    Responsibilities

    • Lead total rewards, HR systems, analytics, and operations team
    • Develop total rewards strategy for employee engagement and retention
    • Oversee design and implementation of employee benefits programs
    • Conduct market analysis for competitive compensation and benefits
    • Collaborate on executive compensation programs and performance management
    • Develop and implement people technology strategy
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
    • Manage vendor relationships and control costs
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
