Job Description:This Store Operations Assistant position involves carrying out receiving, accounting, and distribution operations concerning incoming product deliveries for all store teams. The promotion of national, regional, and store programs and initiatives and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, including Food Safety and regulatory obligations required in the department, are other mandatory aspects of the job.Job Responsibilities:• Examine the product to ensure that it aligns with the specifications outlined on the purchase order and other supplier paperwork.• Confirm product integrity,• Always conduct temperature checks to maintain the freshness and integrity of the products.• To complete an invoice, it must be stamped, initialized, processed, and filed accordingly.• Transmits invoice copies to the relevant teams, as applicable.• carries out the proper salary protocols• Thoroughly concludes acquisition procedures within the store-specific buying program.• In accordance with Store Process, maintain and adhere to the Receiving guidelines.• The final documents are disseminated to the Team mailboxes and regional office.• Contacting vendors to confirm payment details falls under the scope of accounts payable.• Provides assistance to product teams in completing accounting functions during inventory and financial period conclusion.• Distribution of all store expenditure invoices is delegated to the Store Leadership team.• This person is responsible for the appropriate function of balers, compactors, and all environmental areas.
