Our History
For more than 60 years, Wilsonart has honored our founders' promise to provide our customers with industry-leading products and service. In November 2012, Wilsonart became a new, independent company when Clayton, Dubilier & Rice ("CD&R") and Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW) completed a transaction for the sale of ITW's Decorative Surfaces business unit. CD&R acquired a majority stake in the new freestanding business and ITW retained an ongoing ownership stake.

Wilsonart is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our talented team. While our official location may vary, what matters most is your drive and connection with customers across the industry. At Wilsonart, we understand the importance of having the right tools to make projects come to life, and that's where you come in! If you have a knack for building relationships and a passion for high-quality engineered surfaces, this role might be your ideal fit. In this position, you'll focus on promoting and selling Wilsonart and Non-Wilsonart products to a range of clients including architects, designers, millwork accounts, and kitchen dealers, all while nurturing existing relationships and developing new business. We value teamwork and communication, so your ability to connect with logistics and operations teams will be key. You'll be equipped with the knowledge of our complete product lines and will actively stay updated on industry trends and developments. Utilizing tools like Salesforce, you will manage your customer interactions, ensuring documentation is efficient and effective. You should be comfortable with regular travel to meet clients, often engaging in face-to-face meetings. With a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of proven sales experience, preferably in the design or building products industry, you are set to leave your mark in this competitive market.
