WinnCompanies is seeking a highly motivated, resident-focused and bilingual Community Coordinator II to join our team at Aboussie Pavilion, a 273-unit residential community located in St. Louis, MO.
In this role, you will work as core part of our property management team to support and enhance the quality of resident life across Winn’s six key outcome areas: Stable Housing, Employment, Education, Health, Community Engagement, and Economic Mobility.

Your creative flair will shine as you develop and implement an annual Connected Communities plan tailored to our residents' needs and interests. From managing budgets to tracking goals with Property and Regional Managers, your organizational skills will be put to great use. You'll also have the chance to connect residents with resources that promote housing stability and economic mobility, making a lasting impact in their lives. Building relationships with local providers and community partners is central to this role—think of it as being the bridge between residents and the services they need. This position is perfect for someone with a knack for communication, a strong customer service spirit, and ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience.
