We are searching for an Implementation Support Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience across our customer segments. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, customer training skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be humble, hard-working, and exhibit grit in overcoming challenges.
You will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure we are continuously delivering against customer requirements. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technical solutions, integration, and customer success. We’re looking for someone that is genuinely excited about problem solving for customers and who has a strong balance between providing technical solutions while communicating in a concise, engaging way.
