Company Description

Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online. Our globally available Commerce Execution Suite includes the Snooper App in the APAC region, an award-winning crowdsourcing solution for retail execution that automates in-store data collection, so our customers are empowered with live data to make better-informed decisions around pricing, product assortment, and promotional activity.

Work Location Requirements: Hybrid, two days per week on-site in Sydney CBD (Mondays and Thursdays) rest of the week working from home.

Job Description

Join us if you have a background in Retail and FMCG and a passion for solving the challenges brands face in online and in-store execution! Be part of a dynamic team transforming how brands use data to optimize retail operations. We’re looking for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, engaging clients on execution strategies while managing diverse commercial projects for our in-store solution, The Snooper App. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the B2B sales strategy for in-store solutions across APAC, working with retailers and manufacturers in Consumer Electronics and FMCG to drive impactful commerce initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate the entire sales process, from executing hunting strategy to deal closure.
  • Identify target customers and segments to build a strong sales funnel, utilizing effective strategies to reach, engage, and convert leads.
  • Communicate our value proposition and promote Wiser products and services in customer meetings, driving cross-selling opportunities between in-store and online solutions (see full suite at www.wiser.com).
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing the needs of prospective customer organizations and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to implement our ‘farming’ strategy, keeping customers engaged and expanding existing key accounts through our product portfolio, new geographies, and business units.
  • Drive recurring sales by fostering long-term customer relationships and positioning Wiser as a strategic partner in enhancing their retail execution across both online and in-store channels.

Qualifications

  • Ideally has a minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Retail, FMCG, management consulting, or selling software/SaaS solutions.
  • Must have a strong commercial drive and passion for sales and growing a business.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills to pitch Wiser products and services to C-Level customers.
  • Commitment to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Great sense of ownership, personal drive, and autonomy
