Insurance Employee Benefits Analyst

Woodruff Sawyer is looking for a Benefits Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams, service teams, clients, and vendor partners.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven skills in task management and working with internal and external partners
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong initiative, problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
Effective written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Take charge of marketing and renewal activity for both fully insured and self-insured clients
Collaborate with Account teams to develop client strategies and assess risks
Analyze proposals, develop recommendations, and provide illustrations to Account Managers and Executives
Manage financial, utilization, and claims monitoring reports

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred experience in the insurance or insurance broker industry
Project Management experience is a plus
1-4 years of experience in employee benefit analysis
