DescriptionAs a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting Business and Operations Leaders with the execution of finance tasks; namely reporting, planning and forecasting. Your primary goal is to provide insights and strategic support to BDA leaders, supporting them with efficient and effective decision-making, leading to growth and enhanced profitability.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The Role• Take ownership for P&L management (revenue, expense, profitability)• Support Segment Finance Director with management of key risks and opportunities within the business in order to discharge financial responsibilities.• In conjunction with Operations Leader, develop and implement a strategic business plan ensuring alignment with the overall segment strategy.• Manage the month end close process to ensure business and operations leaders have timely and accurate financial reporting and understand the drivers for business performance relative to Plan, Forecast and Prior Year.• Provide insight to business and operation leaders based on robust financial analysis and develops options for decision-making• Work with the business to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting and support delivery of budgeted revenue and operating margin growth.• Early escalation of risks to forecast allowing for response & mitigation.• Manage key relationships with both external and internal partners, including wider finance stakeholders including Tax, Accounting, Internal Audit, to ensure the enterprise has access to the resources needed to meet its goals.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.• Execute on planned Future of Finance activities focused on the service delivery model, leveraging technology and enhanced data and analytical tools.QualificationsThe Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.• 10+ years of experience of business partnering and financial planning and analysis.• Ability to understand commercial aspects of the Medicare insurance business and Benefits Accounts business so that the colleague can be well place to analyze revenue and cost drivers of the businesses• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the insurance industry.• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and stakeholders.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
