About the role
We’re very excited to be hiring a copywriter to join our Marketing team! Reporting into the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the Marketing, Product and Support Services teams, you’ll deliver a range of content, from captivating social copy to digestible product and help documentation to industry blog posts, and more.
We’re not into corporate jargon, heavy self-promotion or mediocre quality. We want to write smart, clear and relevant content that helps our customers understand our product and makes finance folks long to associate themselves with Xelix. What you'll be doing
You’ll be dipping your quill in many pots, writing content to support a wide range of activities:
Awareness, Demand Gen and SEO – Support content initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and interest amongst our key personas
Customer communications – Create copy for customer communications and product updates, including newsletters, posts on our customer community etc.
Enablement – Enable Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships teams by helping to create powerful presentations, social proof and product material
Communications – Ensure brand, messaging and grammar are on point on all outwards comms (newsletters, social media, emails etc.)
Product documentation: Help create documentation such as FAQs, user guides and product overviews to support our users
Product copy: Help refresh product copy on website, software listings, review sites, and directories and create a bank of go-to commercial copy
What you’ll bring
