We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 70 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently seeking a passionate team member to assist our Customer Care & Community Management team with inquiries from both French AND German customers. We welcome candidates of various levels of experience for this position.
Act as the first point of contact for our community, becoming a go-to expert on everything related to Yepoda.
Support our community and customers by responding to inquiries and requests, making sure they have a great experience when contacting us.
Assist customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Monitor and engage with community members on social media platforms, fostering a positive and inclusive online environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development, and brand to relay customer insights and community needs.
You have studied Media Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or any related studies, OR possess equivalent experience in Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Fluent in French and B1-B2 German with strong English proficiency.
Proficient user of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office package.
Familiarity with Gorgias or any other ticketing system.
A genuine interest in beauty topics and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
