Job DescriptionZendesk is seeking an experienced, proactive and solution oriented Senior Creative Producer to support Creative in the production of Event and Demand Generation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced producer whose clear communication, project management acumen, creative process fluency, and stakeholder collaboration seamlessly converge to deliver high-quality demand generation events and campaigns that drive impactful business results.Key Responsibilities:Work-stream Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for Event and Demand Generation Creative workflow, partnering closely with Creative team and program stakeholders.Process Architect: Implement, uphold, and enhance creative workflows to maximize efficiency and project success.Project Management: Develop detailed plans and workflows to keep projects on schedule and within budget, aligning with organizational goals.Resource Management: Oversee internal teams, vendors, and contingent workers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.Team Collaborator: Coordinate and inspire designers, writers, videographers, and developers, driving collective success.Relationship Builder: Forge strong alliances with creative teams, agencies, and strategic partners for stellar project outcomes.Culture Advocate: Infuse positivity, champion our values, and maintain team morale.Problem Solver: Collaborate with stakeholders to foresee needs and address challenges proactively.Accountability: Ensure project goals, deliverables, and budgets are clearly defined, communicated, and adhered to.Budget Management: Manage project budgets and purchase orders with precision, while complying with all protocols.OKR Alignment: Align tasks and projects with OKRs, strategies, and company values to drive impactful results.Qualifications• 5+ years of experience with in-person and online event production and execution.• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, with a strong understanding of the creative process.• Top-notch communicator and proactive problem solver within big cross-functional teams, including agencies.• Expert-level Project Management skills, especially in an agile setting.• Proficiency in Budget & Resource Management.• Eagle-eyed attention to detail.• Ability to blend data-driven decisions with a touch of empathy.• Asana Expert (or other workflow tools).What We Offer• A dynamic and creative role within a global corporation• An opportunity to develop iconic, creative events and campaigns.• A collaborative workplace that prioritizes innovation and growth• A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package• Opportunities for professional development and career progressionWhere We Work:Fully FlexibleIn this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
