This position is located in Mexico.About the roleAs a Recruiter focusing on design, you will partner with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess passive design talent in Mexico. Your primary focus will be on roles such as UX/UI Designers, Graphic Designers, and Product Designers at all levels. This role may also require you to pivot into Marketing and other roles as the business needs to evolve.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies tailored to design roles.Research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across our design pipelines.Utilize advanced techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates in the design industry.Engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, online communities, industry events, and talent databases.This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
