Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Loan Underwriter to join our lending team specializing in manufactured housing chattel loans. As an Underwriter, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating loan applications and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers seeking financing for manufactured homes. Your expertise in analyzing financial documents, assessing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance will drive informed lending decisions that support our mission to expand affordable housing opportunities.   • Evaluate debt-to-income ratios and other key financial indicators to determine loan feasibility.
