Job Description:

As a Titling Specialist you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful completion of title applications for our manufactured home loans all while providing best-in-class customer service to our clients. 

You will be a part of a world-class team that takes pride in processing title applications with the upmost care to meet state and county requirements.  If you consider yourself a self-starter, go-getter and title expert, then this is a role for you!

Anticipated Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit title application packages to the appropriate state agency (Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Revenue, etc)

  • Review loan documents, purchase agreements, and related lien and title information for accuracy

  • Coordinate lien releases as necessary

  • Ensure all title applications adhere to compliance standards and internal policies

  • Monitor progress of title applications

  • Collaborate with relevant agencies, clients, and lienholders to resolve title issues effectively

  • 2+ years of experience in title processing or similar role

  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction

  • Willingness to maintain and ensure a high level of integrity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort learning new technologies – OneDrive (Microsoft systems), Asana and our proprietary custom built software
