Position: Office Research/Outbound Calling Assistant (Long-Term Temporary)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Research/Outbound Calling Assistant to join our team! In this long-term temporary role, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, making several outbound calls, and accurately entering data into our systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computers, love talking on the phone, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:• Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner• Make several outbound calls to offices/agencies• Accurately enter data into the company’s database and Microsoft Excel• Ensure all data is input correctly and consistently• Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and organizing information• Follow up with customers or clients as needed• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information• Provide excellent customer service and be a helpful, friendly point of contact for clients• Complete other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus• Proficient in computer use, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively• Previous phone or outbound call center experience• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks• Positive attitude and strong work ethicWork Environment:- Full-time position with standard office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday)- Office-based environment, jeans are acceptable work attire- Supportive and collaborative team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
