Immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionHead of Security Operations and Incident ResponseWhat you can expectAs the Head of Security Operations and Incident Response, you will provide leadership to a global team of analysts, threat hunters, threat intelligence analysts, and incident responders. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team has the right people, capabilities, and processes to detect, defend, and respond to any cyber event. You will lead a large team, including a variety of managed services to support your mission. You will work closely with many internal stakeholders and drive the vision and end-to-end execution of our worldwide security operations.About the TeamThe Detection and Response (D&R) team at Zoom is responsible for safeguarding the company's systems and information to protect customers, partners, and employees. This involves assessing business risk and countering potential threats through proactive and reactive measures. D&R encompasses Cyber ThreatIntelligence, Security Logging, Detection Engineering, the Security Operations Center, and Incident Response.Responsibilities- Instilling and fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and care within the team- Establishing and enforcing SOC processes, procedures, and workflows for efficient incident management- Providing leadership during and after security incidents, ensuring timely and effective action- Partnering with legal and privacy professionals to assess and mitigate business, technical, and regulatory risk- Leading initiatives to integrate the team's insights into Zoom's broader security strategy- Leading the cyber threat intelligence (CTI) function to establish a threat intelligence-led approach- Partnering with the Global Risk team to identify and assess emerging risks to Zoom's mission- Utilizing CTI for effective Security Operations and Incident Response (IR)What we're looking for- Have led a Security Operations Center (SOC) or an Incident Response team in a global enterprise environment or fast-growing technology company- Experience with complex Cloud and SaaS environments- Have a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies- Be committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices- Experience leading large teams and managing managers.- Understand how the different organizations in a mature security program work togetherSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$140,400.00Maximum:$324,500.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
