Skills
10+ years experience as a People and Culture Partner or HR Leader in a global, high growth, transformative Security or SaaS organization
High proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
Experience working with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors and Workday
Responsibilities
Coach and advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management
Collaborate with P&C teams and senior business leaders to build scalable programs for business growth and employee satisfaction
Execute compensation strategies and annual merit and stock programs focusing on employee retention and rewards
Partner with learning development and employee relations to optimize performance outcomes
Provide metrics-driven business consultation to influence leadership on people and leadership trends
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
