Senior Technical Trainer

As a Senior Technical Trainer at Zscaler, you will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual training sessions as well as on-site training for customers and partners. You'll also handle training configuration and troubleshooting tasks and travel domestically and internationally, which could amount to about 50% of your role. To qualify as a Senior Technical Trainer at Zscaler, you should have over 10 years of experience in technical training, particularly in areas such as network security and SaaS technology. A bachelor’s degree in technology related to communications is preferred, along with a strong interest in instructional design and course development. Key technical abilities include configuring and troubleshooting Windows servers, Linux clients, and cloud services.

While direct experience with Zscaler products is beneficial, it is not strictly necessary. However, as a Senior Technical Trainer, you will need to demonstrate a capacity to quickly learn new products and technologies and effectively instruct others on their usage, which includes familiarizing yourself with Zscaler’s specific products and features.
