Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Threat Hunting Advisor to join our team. As a Threat Hunting Advisor, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing our Managed Threat Hunting Service by providing expert-level customer success knowledge, coaching, training, customer experience, and driving overall process improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include exceeding business retention and growth targets, proactively addressing risks and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase customer value.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day execution to exceed business retention and growth targets for ZScaler's Managed Threat Hunting Service.
  • Create and implement strategies to proactively address risks and opportunities related to customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with account managers, regional sales managers, and sales engineers to conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to increase customer value relating to managed threat hunting.
  • Lead and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer business reviews with cross-functional partners, highlighting risks, opportunities, and progress on the Customer Success roadmap.
  • Own the retention forecast for strategic customers, providing weekly reports on risks and mitigation status.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to build, execute, and refine the customer success roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Fortune 100 cybersecurity customers and managing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in architecting customer success tools.
  • Ability to create and distribute strategic customer playbooks and manage thousands of users, driving change management in complex organizations.
  • Proficient skills in conducting EBR (Executive Business Review) and business value mapping conversations.
  • Experience organizing strategic customer engagement events.
  • Excellent prioritization abilities, with a focus on KPIs and success metrics for customers and the business.
  • Track record of carrying retention or growth targets.
  • Passion for building trust, fostering relationships, and effective communication with customers.
  • Public speaking skills, capable of tailoring presentations to audiences of different backgrounds and expertise
  • Past sales experience is a plus.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$140,000$165,000 USD
