Zylo is looking for an exceptional Director, Digital and Demand Generation to develop and lead our overall digital and demand marketing strategies- including, but not limited to, demand gen, digital, ABM, email marketing, and digital properties. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director, Digital and Demand Generation will play a large part in leading acquisition, engagement, and retention... efforts and will have a direct impact on Zylo's growth and revenue goals. The right candidate is a strong player/coach who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative hi-growth environment. What you will do:
Develop and lead our overall digital and demand marketing strategies-- focused on activating and iterating on campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline. Partner with Director, Outbound Marketing to oversee our lead scoring, nurturing and ABM programs--optimizing them to expedite opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, closed-won revenue. Have a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and buyer personas and ensure that all demand, digital, and ABM programs are well aligned to our target buyers Oversee all demand generation efforts and continually explore new sources and channels of demand Drive continuous performance improvement through the identification, documentation, and implementation of demand creation best practices Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing Expand our digital marketing and growth strategies to maximize qualified traffic and leads from SEO, paid social, display, ABM, search, content syndication. Website (testing, analytics, buyer journey, chat) Partnering with the content team to develop overall strategies and operationalize best-in-class content marketing that solves user needs. What you will need:

years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a concentration in demand generation, digital and growth Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue Hands-on expertise with several tools within the marketing tech stack listed below Data driven Ability to work cross functionally across many areas of the business to achieve our strategy Strong project management and vendor management skills Strong SEO, ABM and social experience Deep hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring both independent and multi-channel media mix campaigns within and across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Experience with:
