Your Role in Our Story

We're seeking a dynamic, passionate and highly engaging Social Content Creator / Manager who can craft and produce engaging, platform-specific content that captures our brand's playful spirit and drives meaningful audience engagement at scale.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-engagement social content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels
  • Comfortable being the brand's on-screen personality, who can nimbly adjust tone based on audience. E.g. from creator-style engagement for customers, to authoritative, professional communication that speaks to investors
  • A natural storyteller who has the ability to switch between informative and entertaining modes
  • Proven experience in building an impactful social media strategy that has delivered meaningful business value in a fast growing environment
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt content plans to maximise reach and engagement
  • Develop creative concepts for viral and trending content that showcases Carmoola's unique brand personality
  • Ensure content aligns with broader brand messaging
  • Analyse content performance metrics and continuously optimise social content
  • Develop an engaged community following, responding to comments and proactively fostering positive brand interactions

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in social media content creation
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a proven ability to create engaging, platform-specific content
