As a Field Sales Representative at Arrow, you'll dive into the heart of the electronics industry, making a significant impact in your assigned sales territory. You'll become an expert at identifying critical markets and new customers while crafting strategies that foster key relationships and enable solution selling. Your days will include building strong connections with customer contacts who influence design opportunities, ensuring they’re satisfied with our supply chain management and value-added services. You'll need a good grasp of pricing programs and models in our industry to succeed. This position involves whipping up strategic plans for all of your accounts, leveraging Arrow's impressive range of offerings and supplier lines. Quarterly Business Reviews (iQBRs) are also part of the mix, where you’ll present your strategic plans to enhance sales and boost customer satisfaction. Promoting the value that Arrow adds through our solutions is essential, and you'll do so with the aid of tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle. Building relationships with key suppliers will be crucial as well, so your interpersonal skills will shine here. We're looking for someone with a four-year degree and over five years in field sales, ideally with a background in electronic components.
