We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Healthcare Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from healthcare providers, doctors, and other stakeholders. You will assess the purpose of each inquiry and provide accurate and thorough information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory agencies to maintain plan licensing.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
